Target Fremantle

I was served by Jacob Pensabene in the Fremantle store (I asked for his name) and WOW... To say he was a delight would be an understatement. I have never experienced such great customer service. Jacob was so welcoming and he helped me to the Lego section. This young man has a bright future ahead of him and I would love to see him in a management position.

THIS IS AN OUTRAGE My friends and I just got kicked out of target long before the official closing time. I am not sure if this worker was being racist because one of my friends has Asian heritage or if she was fat-shaming us. She kicked us out for leaning on the side of the squish-mellow crate, and claims she heard some sort of crack. None of us heard anything and she was around 15 metres away from the scene. Even if our behaviour did have any affect on the crate, we should’ve just received a warning or been asked to step away rather than the staff member rudely evicting us. Not to mention she took it upon herself to escort us down the escalator and out of the store like we had purposely vandalised the property of the facility. This was a very disappointing scenario as we were loyal customers and liked the chill vibe and all the friendly staff. However, after this unnecessarily humiliating experience, we will not be returning. We have no intention of harming the successful business of target however we feel that it is necessary to inform future customers of this incidence.
